Why isn't it multi threaded and why doesn't Ctrl+C work

It was written to solve a particular problem, the programs I run only take seconds to execute, so I did not have a need for it. If there is sufficient feed back I may add this functionality

What does it cost

Nothing, it is free, the user may use or distribute it freely but it MUST not be sold for profit.

Will it overwrite my PC settings

No. All the software is installed, usually, in "c:\program files\NDW\RunConsoleApp". RunConsoleApp does not use the registry, only data required by the installation program, to uninstall the software is written to the registry.

How do I install/remove it

As you would install/uninstall any Windows program.
